Today we would like to speak with Jauheniya Charniakova. She is Product Manager and part of the Customer-Service-Department.  

Please give me a brief insight how your department works?  

The Customer Service Department is the biggest department at BIZOL. We are focused on the needs of our customers. For example: In our department the employees are multiligual speakers. That makes it easy for us to understand our customers and to be very effective to execute their orders. In the logistics we have found a partner who is an expert in the logistics. The company Wackler is our partner who has experience for decades in this sector. With their know how and our intention to constantly improve our customer service we can guarantee:   Item tracking Monitoring Effective Load schema and Load safety.         

What are the latest developments in your area?

Thanks to our customer who giving us feedback on our services we could develop optimized solutions:

  • to reduce delivery time
  • increase the quality of our supplies.  

What have you done to reduce the delivery time?

Since two years we have lager where we can store product stock for our customers. The stock contains the TOP-seller products which we pre produce to have them available for a prompt delivery. We can save up to xx days and our customers get the goods quickly. Our customers are satisfied about it.

What does your customer say about your service?  

It happens that customers thank us for the received shipment. They appreciate the quick delivery and the solid packaging. It is great to hear that our customers are satisfied with our service. But we also open to listen to our clients and their needs. Therefore we are working really closed with you customer rather to upgrade permanently our customer service.

What are the next steps you are planning to take for the development in future?

We are developing an online order tool who our distributors worldwide can order their products directly in the system. This will be another step to shorten the order transaction. Furthermore we will create an easy form where our customer can leave their feedbacks or complaints. Thank very much for the time you have taken to answer the questions. How to turbocharge your company in 4 steps through effective Vision and Values.

It took six of us, six months and six sessions, but we did it.  I got the task from Boris, our founding CEO, to reformulate our Vision and Value because we have changed.  We now offer a lot of new services to our Distributors in more than 70 markets.

It took six of us, six months and six sessions, but we did it. I got the task from Boris, our founding CEO, to reformulate our Vision and Value because we have changed. We now offer a lot of new services to our Distributors in more than 70 markets. We, 3 men and 3 women, Boris, Mark, Anna, Irina, Tufan and Sabine completed the task in 4 steps:

Step 1. Ask three basic questions: why, how and what. It took a lot of discussion, introspection, lots of sharing of ideas. Once we answered the basic three questions, we were very clear about our brand.

Step 2. Find your Vision. We found our way and it feels good. After we found it we share it with our Distributors in the USA, Morocco and Senegal. They helped us to test and improve it.

Step 3. The brand story soon followed:

"We work for those who love their vehicle, car or motorcycle and want more. Our solutions are new, effective and good for the planet. We treat and educate all people as a family.

Step 4. We continue our search and we found our Values.

What we found so far we share with all the employees of our great company at our usual all company Assembly on July 20th, 2016.

We shared with everyone what we found asking: why, how and what. We shared how we go out in the world to educate and assure car lovers with our great innovations.
