Ihre Aufgaben

• Vorschriftsmäßige Auftragsabwicklung zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Versands
• Erstellung von Liefer- und Zolldokumenten
• Rechnungserstellung
• LC- und Inkassoabwicklung
• Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
• Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Dienstleistern, Behörden und Kunden

Anforderungen

• Wohnsitz in Berlin | Umgebung
• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in der Exportsachbearbeitung
• Sichere Handhabung der ATLAS und MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
• Kenntnisse in ADR/IMO – Vorschriften
• Sehr gute Deutsch und Russisch Kenntnisse erforderlich
• Englisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Your tasks

• Specified order processing to secure smooth distribution and shipment
• Generation of delivery and toll documents
• billing
• LC and debt collection routine
• Editing of customer reclamation
• Communication with contractors, service providers, public authorities and customers

Requirements

• Residence in Berlin required
• Completed merchantile education or knowledge as export sales coordinator
• reliable knowledge in ATLAS and MS-Office especially Ecxel
• knowledge in ADR/IMO-specifications
• good skills in German and Russian language required
• Skills in English language obligatory
