Product development

The development of the product orientates itself to the technical requirements for engines, drive systems and components as well as customer needs. Bizol lubricants and additives are developed in well-equipped labs and produced exclusively in Germany. Machines and engines with enhanced energy use require lubricants of the most up to date technology.

The structure and type of molecular compounds in raw materials freshly produced and used oils are analysed with the help of an infrared spectrometer. Driving by “stop and go“, cold starts and short-haul traffic all cause incomplete fuel combustion. Bizol fuel additives decompose the existing deposits and prevent new ones from forming.

The delivered raw materials are taken through a series of tests in the material entrance check. During production, samples are constantly taken and thoroughly tested for their flawless quality.
