Product development

The development of the product orientates itself on the technical requirements for engines, drive systems and components as well as with customer needs. Bizol lubricants and additives are developed in well-equipped labs and produced exclusively in Germany. The machines and engines with an enhanced energy use require lubricants of the most modern technology.

The structure and the kind of molecular compounds in raw materials, freshly produced and used oils are analysed with the help of the infrared spectrometer. Driving by “stop and go“, cold starts, short-haul traffic, all cause incomplete fuel combustion. Bizol fuel additives decompose the existing deposits and prevent the new ones from forming.

The delivered raw materials are undertaken a series of tests in the material entrance check. During the production, samples are constantly taken and thoroughly tested for their flawless quality.
