Bizol is green

As a result of considerable changes in the structure of shareholders in the year 2007, trademark BIZOL has got access to the most recent developments of tribology; that became an important opportunity and significant financial asset.
Due to that, the big changes have also occurred in the assortment of the trade mark BIZOL. First of all, that is the application of the cutting-edge technology in the field of production of lubricants. As a result, a new product line of motor oils BIZOL Green Oil was created.
The production process was based on the most advanced methods of lubricants creation and new technological approach. In addition, new alloying components were applied. They have provided this new oil with intensive green colour. The following products were included in the new product line:
BIZOL Green Oil Ultrasynth 5W-30 ![]()
BIZOL Green Oil Synthesis 5W-40
These products are suitable not only for the most expensive and new automobiles, but also for all types of vehicles working in the tough working conditions and by inconsistent quality of fuel. First of all, the following was taken into consideration: high loads on the motor when staying for a long time in the traffic jam, by cold start and by strong fluctuations of temperature (summer- hot, winter- cold).
Moreover, new alloying components allow the vehicle’s owner using BIZOL Green Oil to feel safer, because these oils ensure high and stable level of all necessary physical-chemical qualities during the whole operating period of oil. This is not true, if talking about other not expensive lubricant producers, which save exactly on these properties.
The owner of the vehicle who applies BIZOL Green Oil products is considered as a competent, technically educated person that takes care not only about duration of the operating life of his automobile, but also about safety of his own life. Social standing of the vehicle’s owner underlines not only the value of his car, but first of all, the quality of the products that he buys for the operation of his lifelong partner- his automobile.
Every car owner knows that an engine oil should be changed after 10 000-15 000 km. But standard engine oil is in charge of loosing its lubrication characteristics more quickly if a car is predominantly used in a stop-and-go traffic in cities. One can cover a distance of 10 000km either making some trips on the highways or driving in a city with numerous traffic jams that last for hours. While an engine is running, the characteristics of the engine oil are getting worse and worse with every kilometre has been driven, because the service life of engine oil depends on kilometres travelled. Though the mileage is the same, the different drive conditions lead to the deterioration of the engine oil more quickly.
Car manufacturers have been equipping their vehicles with engine hour meters for a long time. e.g. According to the regulations of the VOLVO Group the change of engine oil in cars should be made if one of the following criteria is satisfied: after 20 000km, once a year, deterioration of the oil quality, after 750 engine hours. Skoda Octavia is normally equipped with an engine hours meter just at the automotive plant. Calculating oil change intervals for commercial vehicles engine hours are also taken into account. e. g. The car manufacturer IVECO prescribes that engine oil in Euro Trakker Cursor 8 should be changed after 80 000 km or 800 engine hours. Probably as a car owner, one should pay more attention to this aspect.
Another aspect that has also a great impact on the service life of engine oil is the quality of the fuel. To be more precise, it is the fraction of the sulphur contained in the fuel. According to the latest European Standards EN 228 the fraction of sulphur should not exceed the limit of 0,001% in Euro-5 gasoline and 0,005% in Euro-5 diesel fuel according to EN 590. The quantity of sulphur in the fuel presupposes how quickly the oxidation of engine oil occurs. It is very important for the countries, where the fuel of bad quality is usually used. e.g. In Ukraine the high quality fuel contains sulphur five times as much as its equivalent in Europe. Concerning the diesel fuel it is ten times as much as the norm.
